Each training module comes with initial instructions such as pre-training guidelines. Initial reading on the subject you have opted for gives you an edge during the course. If you are attending a VILT session, basic arrangements and awareness of the technology, tools and learning platform are advisable.
Training at TNS is delivered through two methodologies.
Instructor-led training, or classroom training, is the most classical mode of training and suits most participants. ILT is the most effective format because it lets participants interact directly; body language and facial expression also help trainers gauge how the material is being received, and vice versa.
Though ILT continues to be the most preferred way, developments in technology and the pandemic prompted the move to virtual classrooms — also called virtual instructor-led training (VILT). These are run over platforms such as Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. TNS uses the most user-friendly platform to deliver its lectures, and we are compatible and adaptable to any platform.
FSSAI FoSTaC course certificates are issued directly by FSSAI.
Every training module carries at minimum a certificate of attendance or participation. Accredited courses carry a certificate issued jointly by the accrediting agency and the training partner.
Yes. Feedback procedures are established at TNS and work in two ways: both trainees and trainers are required to share their feedback after the training, and a feedback form is emailed to every participant once the course is over.
